A hillside pagoda north of the Marble Mountains, best known for the enormous seated Buddha and the dragon-lined stairways climbing the slope behind it. It's less visited than the big-name temples, so you often get the terraces and views over the surrounding countryside largely to yourself. The climb rewards you with photogenic statues and a quiet outlook toward the coast. Off the main circuit and a little tricky to find, which keeps the crowds away. An active temple, so dress modestly. No entry fee.
