Quan The Am sits at the foot of Kim Son, one of the five Marble Mountains, and is best known for the huge natural cave behind it — a grotto full of stalactites and shrines that gives the temple a genuine sense of age. It's also the focus of a big Buddhist festival each spring that draws pilgrims from across the region. Away from festival days it's calm and largely local. Pair it with the wider Marble Mountains and the carving village. An active temple; cover up before you go in. Free to enter.
