Hoi An Memories Land

The theme-park and dining complex built around the Memories of Hoi An show, on an island in the Hoai River a short walk from the old town. By day and early evening it's landscaped streets styled as old Hoi An, food courts, and photo-friendly sets; the headline is the night show on the big outdoor stage. Entry to the park is cheaper than the full show-plus-park combo, so decide up front what you're here for. It's polished and a bit artificial, but it fills an evening well and sits close enough to walk back to the lanterns afterwards.
