Black Rock Beach

A smaller, rockier cove along the Da Nang coast that trades the wide open sand of My Khe for something more sheltered and low-key. The dark rocks that give it the name break up the shoreline and make for decent photos, and it draws a quieter crowd of locals and in-the-know visitors rather than tour groups. Facilities are thin, so bring what you need. It's a fine spot for a swim and a wander if you want a break from the busier strips, and like every public beach here it costs nothing to walk onto.
